If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, I accept returns under the following terms:
Return Window:
All items are returnable within 14 days of purchase.
Condition of Returns:
Items must be returned in the same condition they were received — unused, undamaged, and, whenever possible, in the original packaging.
Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
I recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If an item arrives broken or damaged, please notify me within 2 days of receipt.
Photos may be requested to process your return.

While I strive to accurately describe and photograph every piece, please note that I am not a gemologist.
I do my best to identify each item and err on the side of caution in presenting jewelry.
Prices are set based on careful assessment and market value.
If you believe an item was misrepresented or you received the wrong piece, a full refund will be issued.
Processing Time:
Once I receive your return, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Approval of Returns:
All returns are subject to my approval.
